Our projected new campus

Very recently we are introducing our own campus situated at Burdwan near NawabHat. Village & Post – Chandul, District – Burdwan. I.7 KM Distanc from new bus terminus.
We acquire total land of 20 decimals where we will arrange 7000-sq.ft building for authentic classrooms, specious practical halls, scientific computer lab, library room, student common room, indoor game facility, Demo Deluxe room for House Keeping, well decorated Model Restaurant for 40 pax, and also loans approximate 1000 Sq.m.

ACADEMIC STRUCTURE

Medium of instruction
            English is the medium of instruction. Since a large number of the students come from non-English medium background, there are special English languages learning classes for them. Beside this normal curriculum contain courses on English and French language.

Study materials
            BSHCM, Burdwan uses in-house study materials as well as the latest course book as reference, imported from all over the world to ensure that all subject are taught with the most up to date materials and knowledge available.

Facilities we offer
            BSHCM offers a range of facilities as per an idea and contemporary educational program. Special stress is given on Food Production, Beverage Service, Front Office and Accommodation operations. To cope up with the pace and the latest technological advancement, knowledge of hotel computer is also made mandatory for the students. The secondary subject includes communication skills, French Language, F & B Management, catering management etc to make the program a sophisticated and balanced one. The institute has also a well-equipped library with relevant reference books.

Admission procedure
            Selections are made on the basis of the results of the standard X and XII Board and Council Examinations. Short listed candidates are called for an interview and personality test. The candidates must turn up on the scheduled date with original documents failing which their admission will stand cancelled. Name of the selected candidates are displayed on the institute’s notice board. All decisions of the institute in the matter of admission are final.

Hostel facility
            During the academic term students can be accommodated in the institute-approved hostel. Separate hostel facilities are available for boys and girls
Dress code:
Girls: White Shirt, Black skirt, Black bow, Black tie, white socks and black shoes.
Boys: White Shirt, Black trousers, Black bow, Black tie, white socks and black shoes
F & B Production Practical: white chef coat, scarf, apron, chef cap and black trousers.
